Safety 

All of our products are 100% non-toxic, lead free, mercury free, BPA free, PVC free, Phthalate free, FDA approved and made from food grade silicone. 
All wood used is non-toxic and all natural.

We advise that all teething products should NOT be left with your child unattended. Adult supervision is a MUST when teething toys are in use. Please discontinue use with any sign of damage and inspect your items before and after every use! HJ Creations is not liable for any problems that could arise from improper use of our products.

 

How To Care For Your Products 

Silicone: Wash with warm water & mild soap. You do not have to sterilize your clips & teether toys. Silicone is naturally antimicrobial and washing with mild soapy water is sufficient enough to clean them. 

Wood: Spot clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT submerge in water. To prevent the wood from drying out and getting splinters, we recommend coating your wood products in a food grade beeswax or your favourite food grade oil. (Coconut oil is our go to!)


The item that I want is not in stock, is there a way to get it? 
Send us a email, message, or fill out the form on the Contact Us page and let us know what items you were wanting. We will do our best to get them in as soon as possible for you. 

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our items for hygienic reasons.  If you have any issues with your items or your order not being correct, please contact us and we will get that fixed for you! 

How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is in stock and you select local pick up, your order should be ready within 24-48 hours.

Letter mail will take approximately 6-10 business days, and parcels will take approximately 3-6 business days.

Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping times may be delayed or take a little bit longer than usual. Just know we ship out your items as soon as we can!
